The product's great, it comes with 4 self-adhesive electrodes, and two lead wires... I've used it for my back, that had been hurting badly for the past couple weeks, and "backache gone." My mom used it for her legs that she has problems with, and it has gotten better already.

Delivered as advertised. Even better. Ad did not specify electrical leads were included. They were. Very important. Consider including that in future ads. Item works precisely as described.

Item arrived on time. Two were recommended by the therapist & I bought the better one. The sticky pads are coming lose after 3 weeks of home use & sometimes the "select" button will not move lower than a 6. The OT could not figure out this problem. Today, it's working and I am able to change times easily. It does have a 1 year warranty so that is a plus. It has a good carrying case.
