At times, nearly debilitating. Have seen a chiropractor, massage therapist, and also my doctor. The doc wants an MRI, the chiro and massage therapist state my upper neck and back muscles are so tight I can't even get an adjustment. Not interested in drugs. Enter the TENS: I have an older, somewhat antiquated TENS unit which I tried, and found that it gave some relief. However, the older unit is big and bulky, and is not really portable. I then purchased this unit, LG TEC Elite. Wow! This thing is giving me pain relief! What is nice about it is the adjustability of the waves and cycles, along with programming the frequency of the 'juice'. The fact that it is portable allows me to wire myself up when I go out.
